A major update is now available for Pokémon Duel, the mobile strategy game in which fans battle each other with digital Pokémon figures. This update introduces the ability for Pokémon to change forms, new Legendary Pokémon, and much more.

Pokémon Duel is available for download at no charge on the App Store, Amazon Appstore for Android, and on Google Play.
New features include:
  • The ability for Pokémon to change forms! Certain Pokémon will now be able to change their forms during battle. As well, players can get rare items and a ticket good for a Booster 6-pack guaranteed to include at least one [EX] or higher rarity figure just for logging in. Note that log-in bonuses will be available only for a limited time.
  • As part of Pokémon’s legendary year, the Legendary Pokémon Kyurem is now available, and in the right deck it’ll be able to change its form. Both Black Kyurem and White Kyurem, which have drawn their power from the Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom, have also been introduced with this update. Trainers will also need the new DNA Splicers plate to help Kyurem change its form. All three Pokémon are available in the April 2018 Recommended Booster A and the April 2018 Booster 10-pack A.
  • A new social feature introduces the ability to follow other players and track their progress in-game. Pokémon Duel fans can receive special items if they follow enough players, and can earn extra items if enough players follow them back.
  • Players should take note of the strongest decks they see their friends use, because they'll need to be on top of their game with the upcoming tournament feature. A pre-tournament will be held soon to preview this long-awaited feature. Future tournaments will be held in various formats, so players should make sure to build a wide collection of Pokémon figures and plates.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon - Global Misssion #6 - Hatch a lot of Eggs!

The 6th Global Misssion for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon called Hatch a lot of Eggs! will take place from April 3rd, 2018 until April 16th, 2018. 5 million eggs need to be hatched worldwide for participants to receive 2,000 Festival Coins. Please note that the in-game goal states that the requirement is 3 million, not 5 million that the press release originally stated.

The Next Global Mission Is an Eggs-travaganza!

Pokémon fans, it’s your time to shine as the “Hatch a lot of Eggs!” global mission in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon involves hatching as many Pokémon Eggs as you can. The goal is to hatch 5,000,000 Eggs worldwide between 00:00 April 3, 2018, and 23:59 April 16, 2018 (UTC). If this Eggs-traordinary goal is reached, every participant will receive 2,000 Festival Coins as a reward for doing such an Egg-cellent job.

Even if the goal isn’t reached, everyone will get a participation prize of 1,000 Festival Coins. Trainers who have registered their game at the Pokémon Global Link by the end of the global mission will receive double the number of Festival Coins—4,000 when the goal is reached, and 2,000 even if it isn’t. Be sure to sign up today.

In order to discover Pokémon Eggs in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon, you will need to play the game until you reach Akala Island. There, you will find the Pokémon Nursery nestled within Paniola Ranch (just north of Paniola Town). If you drop off two compatible Pokémon there and leave them for a while, you may find an Egg when you return.

Pokémon Eggs are normally only found if Pokémon with opposite genders are left together in the Pokémon Nursery. Pokémon of similar types and caught in similar locations are often compatible, especially Pokémon of the same species. Ditto is a very handy Pokémon to leave at the Pokémon Nursery, as it can be paired with just about any other Pokémon. When you speak to the lady outside the Pokémon Nursery, she will tell you how well the two Pokémon you dropped off get along. The more the Pokémon like each other, the higher the odds that she’ll discover an Egg.

Now that you know what to do, it’s time to get cracking and hatch as many Pokémon Eggs as you can. Together, we can make this global mission an Eggs-plosive success!

From April 4th, 2018 until April 25th, 2018, Entei and Raikou will be available to get wirelessly via the Nintendo Network on the Nintendo 3DS in Europe while players in the United States must obtain them from participating Target stores. Players in Canada can get them in the Pokémon Trainer Club Newsletter. Players of Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Sun will be able to get Entei while players of Pokémon Ultra Moon or Pokémon Moon can get Raikou.

The Pokémon Company International today announced that Entei and Raikou will be the next Pokémon featured in the yearlong celebration of Legendary Pokémon. Beginning April 4 until April 25, the Legendary Pokémon Entei or Raikou will be wirelessly distributed via Nintendo Network for Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, or Pokémon Ultra Moon games for the Nintendo 3DS™ family of system.

Both powerful Legendary Pokémon from the Johto region, Raikou can shoot bolts of lightning from the rain clouds on its back and Entei is thought to have been born inside an erupting volcano. Each is a significant addition to any Trainer’s lineup. Players will receive one of these Legendary Pokémon in their game, which one determined by the version they have, as well as an extra gift if redeeming in Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Ultra Moon.

On April 6, The Pokémon TCG: Legends of Johto GX Collection will be available at participating retailers. This impressive collection includes never-before-seen foil promo cards featuring Entei-GX and Raikou-GX and much more.

Boosters featuring Entei and Raikou are also available for in-app purchase in Pokémon Duel, the exciting mobile strategy game in which fans deploy digital Pokémon figures and battle based on strategic moves to reach a goal in the opponent’s territory.
