A 2 hour Pokémon Special, just like every hot summer! The first ever broadcast of the Hoopa movie, last year's blockbuster. And we'll also present highlights from the newest Pokémon movie, which stars Volcanion and Magearna!
Summary:
To commemorate the Saturday July 16th premiere of the newest Pokémon movie "Volcanion and the Ingenious Magearna", we will air last year's blockbuster "The Archdjinni of Rings: Hoopa" and its co-feature, the short "Pikachu and the Pokémon Musicians", for the first time ever!
We will also debut the latest footage from this year's movie alongside lots of its highlights!
Story:
"The Archdjinni of Rings: Hoopa"
As Satoshi, Pikachu and the others continue their journey, they encounter the mythical Pokémon "Hoopa" and a girl named Mary. The mischievous Hoopa starts summoning all kinds of things from its rings to everyone's surprise and enjoyment. Having befriended Hoopa, Satoshi and the others then meet Mary's older brother, Barza, in Désser City, however, something seems off about him. To everyone's surprise, he's undone the seal on the bottle that's said to have sealed the Pokémon that once destroyed the city!
And then, legendary Pokémon with an evil air to them appear! In order to protect the city, Hoopa makes more legendary Pokémon "Appear!" from its rings! Will Satoshi and his friends manage to protect Désser City alongside the legendary Pokémon Hoopa made "Appear!? And what is the true identity of the evil power!? It's Legend VS Legend! The most fierce battle in Pokémon movie history is about to begin!
