PokéCon 2015 took place at Crowne Plaza Airport Expo Center in Louisville, KY on January 9-11, 2015. At this year's Pokécon (a Pokémon convention assembled together by Sukoshi Con), Tom Wayland was one of the featured guests. He held a panel giving a behind the scenes look at how he creates the voices of the Pokémon anime. In addition, Mr. Wayland also gives a back story on his career and offers helpful information on how the Pokémon anime is produced.

The panel took place at 3PM on Friday, January 9th, 2015 and our very own TSS_Killer was in attendance and recorded the panel.

Was actually good to hear him frankly talk about the English dub anime in a setting like this. Gives a really good look behind the scenes of the creation thought process behind the current voices.

He seemed like he knew what he was getting into coming to the convention and despite the questions asked, he was willing to answer without actually avoiding them. The interaction between him and the crowd was a nice added touch. Usually its just a Q&A after the panel but he was willing to do it on the fly.

A very interesting panel and those that want to know more about the Pokemon Anime, its a must watch.
