The official Japanese Pokémon website announced that a Pocket Monsters Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Gift Pack (ポケットモンスター オメガルビー・アルファサファイア ギフトパック). The pack comes with both Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games, 2 sticker sheets and 2 type compatibility charts. The gift pack will be released in Japan on December 10th, 2015 for 6500yen.

This seems like a pretty good deal considering buying the games separately would be almost 10,000 yen. It would be cool if we saw double packs like this more often - it might encourage more people to buy both versions of the game, or to go halves with a friend to save money.

I think this at least the second double pack for ORAS in Japan. There was one at launch but like you said, at a lot higher price point than what its being offered now in this bundle.
