The official Pocket Monsters movie site has updated and has announced the Pokémon the Movie Coco Blu-ray Special Limited Edition for 7,200 yen, the standard blu-ray for 5,500 yen and the DVD release for 4,500 yen (tax included). The film will be available to purchase on those three release versions on July 14th, 2021. Details of the releases have been added to our media database.

Manga Entertainment has announced that they will distribute some of the Pokémon movies on Blu-Ray and DVD to Pokémon fans in the United Kingdom. Movies 1 to 3 will be released in a collection on November 14th, 2016 while the 18th movie will be released on October 24th, 2016. This marks the first time that the 18th movie will be released on Blu-Ray in English. Our DVD/Blu-Ray database has been updated with all the new titles.

Pokémon: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 24th, 2016

The second release, coming on November 14th, will feature the first three movies as a trilogy and be released on DVD and limited edition Blu-ray Steelbook.

On February 9th, 2016, Warner Home Video in conjunction with VIZ Media will release the Pokémon: The Movies 1-3 Limited Edition Bluray Collection in the United Stats and Canada. The Bluray set features the English dubbed version of the first three movies for the MSRP of $39.99 USD. The set appears to have no extras or no additional audio tracks other than English Stereo 2.0 Audio. This set was recently released in Australia. Details of this set have been added to our DVD/Bluray Database.

Momoclo no Kodomo Matsuri 2012 ~Yoiko no Minna Atsumare!~ (ももクロ子供祭り2012~良い子のみんな集まれーっ!) DVD and Bluray were released in Japan on January 23rd, 2013. They feature the Momoiro Clover Z event "Momokuro no Kodomo Matsuri dayo!" held at Toda-shi Bunka Kaikan on May 5th, 2012. The disc features a live performance of the Best Wishes ending theme Mitemite kotchitchi (みてみて☆こっちっち).

The Bluray and DVD are being distributed by King Records. The Bluray has a catalog number of KIXM-68 and retails for 5,040yen while the 2 disc DVD set has the catalog numbers KIBM-333~334 and retails for 3,990yen. Both the DVD and Bluray have been added to our disc database.

It has been revealed that Kyurem VS The Sword of Justice will be available to view in select Hoyts Cinemas in Australia for at least the weekends of February 16th/17th and February 23rd/24th, 2013. The DVD and Bluray will then be released by Beyond Home Entertainment the following week on March 6th, 2013. The DVD's and Bluray have been added to our database and more information about them can be found there.

Beyond Home Entertainment has announced the Australian release of the 14th Pokémon movies in a Bluray combo pack. The dual movies were previously released individually in DVD format only. The Bluray release will see both movies bundled together in one slim case with a recommended retail price of AU$29.95. The combo pack is set for release on 5 September 2012. Various online retailers have revealed that the PIKACHU THE MOVIE PREMIUM BOX 1998-2010 Bluray Set will be released in Japan on November 28th, 2012 for 38,640yen ($485USD before tax, shipping and duty). The Bluray set includes the first 13th Pocket Monsters movies and 5 shorts. Last years movies are already available in a Bluray boxset. The limited edition Bluray set includes 14 discs featuring remastered versions of all the first 13 movies and 5 shorts. It's catalog number is ZMAS-6200. The 3rd movie short is not included in the Bluray boxset and multiple sources including the official Media Factory page confirm that. It is unclear why that short is not included. It was included on the previous DVD box set though.

A five disc PIKACHU THE MOVIE BOX 2007-2010 DVD set was also announced and includes movies 10-13 with an extra DVD. The DVD set will be released on October 24th, 2012 for 10,500yen ($120USD). It's catalog number is ZMSS-6100. Both boxsets are being released to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Pocket Monsters anime.

Echo Bridge Home Entertainment has finally confirmed that a Blyray combo pack for Pokémon 4Ever, Pokémon Heroes, Pokémon Jirachi: Wish Maker and Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys will be released in the United States on April 4th, 2012. The entry first appeared on Amazon.com over a month ago but there were no details confirming what it included. Movie 5 and Movie 7 are already available on Bluray but this will be the first time that Movie 4 and Movie 6 will be released on Bluray anywhere in the world.
