I thought that it was pretty realistic that Ash's Mijumaru and Pokabu were defeated quickly, since they weren't really trained. Pikachu being beaten again was rather unrealistic, though.
The Pururiru was really cool but I don't really like the collar around its neck. This episode revealed a few cool moves as well as the strength of Tsutaja, although it was somewhat apparent from when it was first seen. I can't believe that Ash lost again, though.

So unbelievable for mijumaru and pokabu were defeated so easily by shootie pokemon, only ash's tsutarja, pikachu and mamepato show many improvements.

I was glad to see that Cilan's explanations were pretty much identical to Dent's in the Japanese original in this episode.
