From July 6th, 2018 until July 22th, 2018, the Legendary Pokémon Thundurus and Tornadus will be available to get via the Nintendo Network in Pokémon Ultra Sun, Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Ultra Moon or Pokémon Moon.

Add Thundurus or Tornadus to your collection this July

​​​​​​​From 6 July to 22 July, Trainers will be able to grab one of two Legendary Pokémon—Thundurus or Tornadus—and add them to their Pokémon Ultra Sun, Pokémon Ultra Moon, Pokémon Sun, or Pokémon Moon game.

Thundurus will be available to Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Sun players and distributed with the following characteristics:

Pokémon Ultra Sun Level: 100 Ability: Prankster Held Item: Gold Bottle Cap Moves: Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Nasty Plot

Pokémon Sun Level: 60 Ability: Prankster Moves: Discharge, Crunch, Charge, Nasty Plot

Tornadus will be available for Pokémon Ultra Moon or Pokémon Moon players and distributed with the following characteristics:

Pokémon Ultra Moon Level: 100 Ability: Prankster Held Item: Gold Bottle Cap Moves: Hurricane, Heat Wave, Grass Knot, Tailwind

Pokémon Moon Level: 60 Ability: Prankster Moves: Air Slash, Crunch, Tailwind, Rain Dance

How to claim Thundurus or Tornadus: 1. Open your Pokémon Sun, Pokémon Moon, Pokémon Ultra Sun, or Pokémon Ultra Moon game. 2. Select Mystery Gift on the main menu. 3. Select Receive Gift. 4. Select Get via Internet, then Yes to connect to the internet. 5. Watch as the Legendary Pokémon arrives in your game! 6. Speak to the delivery person in any Pokémon Center to receive your Legendary Pokémon. 7. Be sure to save your game.
