The official TV Osaka website has updated with news of a special event for the 22nd movie. There are three separate start times for the quiz event on Saturday, June 29th, 2019: (1) 11:00am (2) 1:00pm (3) 3:00pm. Translations follow:

"Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution" Release Commemoration! Pokémon Movie Quiz Tournament! Pikachu will also come to play! To commemorate the release of the Pokémon movie "Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution" on Friday, July 12th, 2019, Pikachu is coming to "Amagasaki Q's Mall" (2F Ryoyu Plaza) on Saturday, June 29th, 2019! We will hold a quiz contest and great gifts for the winners!
