Ash goes straight to the famous Duel Tower, but it doesn't go very well, because his fighting partner is a frightened boy named Tory. Due to a traumatic event in his childhood, Tory fears all Pokémon, even Pikachu! Suddenly, Deoxys emerges and takes control of LaRousse City, shutting down all the machines and keeping the whole town captive. The legendary Rayquaza does not find this funny and tries to drive away the intruder! Ash, Tory and their friends are in the middle of the mess and do their best to save the threatened city!
