Banned Pokémon: National Pokédex No. 001 through 807 are eligible, excluding Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie, Hoopa, Volcanion, Magearna, Marshadow, Zeraora and Ash-Greninja. You can register no more than two of the following Pokémon: Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, and Necrozma. No two Pokémon on your team may have the same National Pokédex number.Rayquaza may not know the move Dragon Ascent. Description
Battle in the 2018 International Challenge November Online Competition, where players can earn Championship Points toward the 2019 Pokémon World Championships. All qualified participants will also receive a Shiny Tapu Lele for their game.

This fun competition will use the regulations from the Sun Series, the first of three formats in the 2019 Championship Series Season. Pokémon throughout the National Pokédex—including a limited number of the most powerful Legendary Pokémon—are permitted in battle. Importantly, Z-Crystals, Mega Stones, the Blue Orb, and the Red Orb are not permitted as held items. Also, Rayquaza may not know the move Dragon Ascent.
Competition Rules
• Items are allowed, but Trainers may not have duplicate items in their Battle Team.
• Z-Crystals and Mega Stones are not permitted.
• Blue Orb and Red Orb items are not permitted.
• All Pokémon in this competition will automatically become Lv. 50 for the duration of each match.
• Four of the Pokémon you register to your Battle Team will be chosen to battle in each match.
• A 7-minute time limit for each player will automatically be enforced in-game, beginning at the start of each battle. When a player’s time limit expires, that player will lose the game.
• At the beginning of each battle, players have 90 seconds to select four Pokémon to battle with.
• At the beginning of each turn, players have 45 seconds to select a move or change the Pokémon in battle. If a player’s selections have not been made by the end of this period, the game will automatically make selections for the player.
• Players may battle up to 15 times per day of the competition. Any unplayed games will carry over to the following day. A new day begins at 00:00 UTC.

The Pokémon Global Link website has announced the details of Season 13 for Rating Battles. The Special format for this season will be Double Battles, with only Legendary and Mythical Pokémon and Ultra Beasts allowed.

Powerful Pokémon Clash in Rating Battle Season 13

Rating Battle Season 13 is coming, and you’ll be able to put your battling skills to the ultimate test as you compete with other Trainers from around the world. The Rating Battle leaderboards reset each Rating Battle Season, so everyone starts on equal footing. As you battle, you’ll move up and down the rankings based on your match outcomes. Rating Battle Season 13 runs from November 6, 2018, at 00:00 UTC, so get in there and start battling!

Rating Battles are available in Pokémon Ultra Sun, Pokémon Ultra Moon, Pokémon Sun, and Pokémon Moon, but please note that Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon battles will be ranked separately from Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon battles. Also, Pokémon and moves introduced in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon may not be used in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon Rating Battles.

The Special format for this season will be Double Battles, with only Legendary and Mythical Pokémon and Ultra Beasts allowed. Pokémon brought in from previous games via Poké Transporter will be permitted. With so many famously powerful Pokémon eligible for these battles, expect some very challenging matchups!

The 8th Global Misssion for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon called Play in Festival Plaza! will take place from June 5th, 2018 until June 11th, 2018. The goal is to spend 5,000,000 Festival Coins (FC) worldwide.

Play to Win in the Next Global Mission!

While you’re adventuring in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon, it’s always fun to take a break from the action to relax and have fun at Festival Plaza. Now the time you spend in Festival Plaza will really pay off during the “Play in Festival Plaza!” global mission! During this challenge, the goal is to spend 5,000,000 Festival Coins (FC) worldwide between June 5, 2018, at 00:00 (UTC) and June 11, 2018, at 23:59 (UTC). If this lofty goal is reached, every participant will receive 2,000 Festival Coins as a reward. Even if the goal isn’t reached, every participant will get a prize of 1,000 Festival Coins.

Trainers who have registered their game at the Pokémon Global Link by the end of the global mission will receive double the number of Festival Coins—4,000 when the goal is reached, and 2,000 even if it isn’t. You’ll need a Pokémon Trainer Club account to register your game and collect the bonus Festival Coins, so be sure to sign up for a free account today.

To access Festival Plaza in Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Ultra Moon, you need to play the game until you reach the Pokémon Center in Hau’oli City. You can then travel to Festival Plaza at any time via the game’s X menu. Once there, you will find a variety of facilities to visit. You can even expand it as you play, granting an even greater variety of things to do. Check out our detailed guide for some tips on how to earn those valuable Festival Coins—and how you can spend them!

So head into Festival Plaza and spend a few Festival Coins! You’ll end up with all sorts of useful items to make your Pokémon more powerful in battle, and you’ll help contribute to the goal. Together, we can make this global mission a success!

Description
In the 2018 International Challenge June, Pokémon throughout the National Pokédex—excluding Mythical Pokémon and some Legendary Pokémon—are permitted in battle. Put together your best team and shoot for the top of the leaderboards!

The 2018 International Challenge June Online Competition promises exciting online battles using the 2018 Championship Series format. This competition features Double Battles with teams of six Pokémon, of which four will participate in each match. Pokémon brought in via Poké Transporter are not permitted. See the competition regulations for a complete list of eligible Pokémon. All Pokémon will be set to Lv. 50 for the duration of the battles. There are no item restrictions except that no duplicate items are allowed. There will be a 5-minute player clock and 45-second turns.

The top players in each age division will receive Championship Points, which contribute toward the chances of earning an invitation to the 2018 Pokémon World Championships. Players must be opted in to the Play! Pokémon program and have a Player ID at the time the competition begins to be eligible for Championship Points. All qualified competitors will also earn 50 Battle Points.
