Gibeon's Zygarde has been seen standing beside Gibeon during his communications with the Explorers. It is a Shiny 10% Forme Zygarde in the present. During a flashback, it was seen attacking the Rakulium in its 50% Forme.

Its name was first revealed in the marketing for the Moncolle Monster Collection figure ML-24 but confirmation details that it was called White Zygarde in the anime were revealed by Pokémon Fan 91 with the included Pokémon Anime Acrylic Keychain.

One after the death of Gibeon, Zygarde was under Amethio's care. Hamber assigned Zirc and Onia a mission to track down Amethio and to aid their search, he provided them with a Zygarde Cube which contained a Zygarde Cell.

During PM2023 134, Amethio called out Zygarde to help during the battle at the center of Rakua at the Rakulium Core. Wild Pokémon affected by the Rakulium start running wild and Amethio's White Zygarde (50% Forme) battle them together with the Rising Volt Tacklers' Pokémon in order to calm them down! It called upon the nearby Zygarde Cell's and transformed into its Complete Forme to fight the Rakulium Core.
