Players who download the game before a certain date will be able to claim a Dragonite from their in-game mailbox.
Keep playing, and you can receive a Dragoninite stone via the Battle Pass, which will allow Dragonite to Mega Evolve into Mega Dragonite.

By linking Pokémon Champions to Pokémon HOME, you’ll be able to bring certain Pokémon over as visitors, where you can train & participate in battles with them.

They can then be returned, though any training they received in Pokémon Champions will only be preserved in that game.

Additionally, if you transfer the Chesnaught, Delphox, Greninja, and/or Eternal Flower Floette you befriended during Pokémon: Legends Z-A to Pokémon HOME and have them visit Pokémon Champions, you’ll receive the stones required to Mega Evolve each of them!
