To celebrate the 2026 Pokémon World Championships and PokémonXP taking over "The City" from August 28th, 2026 through August 30th, 2026, the San Francisco Giants are hosting a special Pokémon Worlds night on August 27th, 2026.

Step into the Box for Pokémon Worlds Night at Oracle Park

Swing by so you don’t miss this Worlds-celebratory baseball theme night. Special Event Tickets that include the Worlds Pikachu Jersey have sold out, but standard game tickets to enjoy Pokémon Worlds Night are still available.

Get warmed up for Worlds weekend by visiting a heater of an event at Oracle Park. The San Francisco Giants are hosting a special Pokémon Worlds night on August 27, 2026, to celebrate the 2026 Pokémon World Championships and PokémonXP taking over "The City" from August 28 through August 30, 2026. Look forward to an electric atmosphere filled with everything from live baseball, fun activities for all Pokémon fans—including in Pokémon GO, a drone show, and more. Oh yeah, we're also calling in our ace, Pikachu, to take the mound and toss out the first pitch (with a bit of help)!


You won’t want to be on the bench for this one! Fans who purchase a Special Event Ticket, while supplies last, can pick up a Pokémon Worlds-themed San Francisco Giants jersey on game day, perfect for showing love for both the Giants and the Pokémon World Championships. While attending the game, fans can stroll around Oracle Park to enjoy everything Pokémon GO has to offer, from Giants-themed PokéStops and Gyms (perfect for a souvenir in your Scrapbook) to Official Routes and Raid Battles where you have a chance to catch Pikachu with a Location Background featuring Oracle Park.


PokéStops and Gyms will be scattered across the ballpark, so whether you’re in the bleachers or behind home plate, it’s sure to be a splash hit. Plus, Trainers can spin PokéStops at the park for a Giants-themed avatar item! You’ll find a few shoutouts to Pokémon as you roam the ballpark, too!

Once the baseball game is over, the fans will be the real winners. At the game’s conclusion, attendees will be invited to watch a special Pokémon drone show to celebrate the upcoming weekend of exciting Pokémon activities and action taking place in “The City.”
