It has been announced that Pokémon Center MEGA TOKYO located at the Sunshine City shopping complex in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, which has been temporarily closed since March 27th, 2026, will resume operations around September 2026. The store had been temporarily closed following a stabbing incident on March 26th, 2026.
