Biography
Hideaki Kuroda is a Japanese Arranger that worked on Pokémon Legends: Z-A + Mega Dimension. He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo where he completed a master's degree in conservation ecology. He is an unconventional musician who specializes in world music influenced mainly by Irish and Nordic music, and plays and records a wide variety of instruments himself, including not only guitar and bass, but also folk instruments such as the bouzouki and kantele.
He worked in sound production at a video game development company and then at a music production company before becoming a freelancer in June 2013. While primarily working in composition and arrangement, he is also active in a wide range of fields, including recording, live support performances, and even sound effects production.
