In conjunction with the anime series Pocket Monsters Best Wishes Season 2 which will begin airing Isshu League episodes starting with BWS2-19 The Isshu League Higaki Tournament Begins! Satoshi VS Shootie!! (開幕 イッシュリーグ・ヒガキ大会！サトシ対シューティー！！) on November 22nd, 2012, a Pokémon World Tournament Isshu League download has been announced.
Players of the Japanese versions of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 will able to download this tournament from December 3rd, 2012 until January 31st, 2013.
The characters in the downloaded tournament include: Shootie, Kenyan, Kotetsu and Virgil and they correspond to their anime equivalents.
