The official Japanese Pokémon website announced the Sing Pikachu (うたうピカチュウ) event as part of their promotion of the popular song Can You Say the Pokémon? BW (ポケモン言えるかな？ＢＷ) by Takeshi Tsuruno (つるの剛士). This Pikachu will knows the move Sing. The Pikachu was distributed at 'a-nation for Life' events from July 30th, 2011 until August 28th, 2011 as well as at Can You Say the Pokémon? BW Pokémon Heave-ho! It's Summer! It's Fine! It's Pokémon! (ポケモン言えるかな？BW ポケモンわっしょい！～夏だ！元気だ！ポケモンだ！～) events held in Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka, Sapporo and Tokyo from July 30th, 2011 until August 21th, 2011. All Can You Say the Pokémon?
