It cannot be used if the Pokémon already has the higher quality version of the same sub skill.

A Main Skill Seed is an item that can raise the level of a Pokémon’s main skill by one.

Growth Incense is an item that doubles the EXP that helper Pokémon gain after sleep research.
Try using it when you want to raise your helper Pokémon!
The effects of this incense stack with the effects of the New Year 2024 event to multiply the amount of EXP by three.
