Pokémon Trading Card Game Live’s Balloon Festival event is on the horizon, and this celebration is anything but just a bunch of hot air. From Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PST to Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. PST, players can receive a set of Balloon Festival deck accessories and an exclusive avatar outfit just for logging in! Pikachu can’t normally fly, but your style will be soaring just as high as this one as you flaunt your Balloon Festival style.

The festivities hardly end there—keep logging in during the event to pick up even more exciting cards and items. When you log in from November 27 to December 8, you’ll be greeted daily with unique shop bundles (available in exchange for Trainer Points) that are sure to take your Pokémon TCG Live collection to even greater heights. If you’re looking to show off your newest cards and cosmetics, you can always give Gym Leader Challenge a try in the latest Trainer Trials format!

Gym Leader Challenge is a fun single-type format that uses the Expanded card pool and has some special rules: your deck can’t include Pokémon with a Rule Box, ACE SPEC cards, or more than one copy of any card (excluding Basic Energy). Building a new deck for an unfamiliar format can be tough, but Pokémon TCG Live is giving a Colorless-type Gym Leader Challenge deck to all players looking for their next challenge.
