The Pokémon Center has announced a that from August 18th, 2010 to August 29th, 2010, patrons of the Pokémon Centers in Japan can receive a free Shopping Pikachu (おかいものピカチュウ) promo trading card with any purchase. Below is the information from the card.

Moves: Good Choice (グッドチョイス) - Throw a coin face up and the opponents battle Pokémon becomes paralyzed. (コインを１回投げオモテなら、相手のバトルポケモンをマヒにする。)
ThunderShock (Electric Shock でんきショック) - Look at the first three cards in the deck, put one of them into your hand. Put the rest of the cards back into the deck, reshuffle the deck. (目分の山札を上から3枚見て、その中の１枚を手札に加える。残りのカードは山札に戻し、山札を切る。)
