Amazon.com has posted box art for the upcoming games Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. The current price on the site is $34.99 with $5 off for those that pre-order. According to Amazon the game will be released on March 14, 2010. The site also posted a description and features from the games which is attached below.

The official Nintendo Korea website also posted a press release earlier this week about the release of Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver 「포켓몬스터 하트골드」, 「포켓몬스터 소울실버」 in Korea. The games are scheduled to be released in Korea on February 4th, 2010, about a month before the United States release. Each game has a suggested retail price of 49,000원 (Won).

Both regions will include the Pokéwalker device with the game, just like the Japanese version did. The PokéWalker (ポケウォーカー) portable device allows players to transfer their Pokémon back and forth between their Nintendo DS and train them on the go.

Thread ImageJapanese shopping mall Ario Kameari (Ario 亀有) is offering a Nintendo Zone download station for Mew and Pikachu November 21st to November 23. Players of Pocket Monsters Diamond, Pearl or Platinum can receive the Pikachu while only players of Pocket Monsters HeartGold and SoulSilver can receive the Mew. Those that arrive early can also receive large stickers while supplies last.

Two events were announced on the official Japanese Pokemon website today. The first event, beginning November 11th, 2009 and ending on November 23rd, 2009, a Mew will be available to download via Mystery Gift over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Players will need a Japanese copy of HeartGold or SoulSilver in order to receive the Pokemon. Mew is Level 5 and has a Premier Ribbon. The only move it knows is Pound (はたく). Beginning January 29th, 2010 and ending on February 11th, 2010, players of the Japanese version of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl & Platinum will also be able to download Mew.

The second event, Latios and Latias will be available for capture in HeartGold and SoulSilver as players will have the opportunity to receive the Enigma Crystal (なぞのすいしょう) also via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. It will be available from November 27th, 2009 to January 11th, 2010 for the Japanese versions of the game only.
