Amazingly, Kotetsu's Riolu has evolved into a Lucario! And the one standing up against it's neverending assault of attacks is... Pikachu! You're the only one? This is the exciting finale of the tumultuous Isshu League!
And next week, we rush into a new chapter?

Summary:
The fierce fighting in the fourth round of the Isshu League continues on! The battle between Satoshi and Kotetsu has turned into a full-on melee! And then, Kotetsu's partner Riolu evolves into the 'Wave Pokémon' Lucario! Lucario's moves power up to an extreme degree! And then its newly learned move drives Satoshi and Tsutarja against the wall...?

Then Pikachu, who has already fought twice, goes up against Lucario? In order to avoid drawing out the battle, the exhausted Pikachu challenges Lucario to a showdown in terms of speed! And as Lucario continues dominating the battle, it appears Satoshi attempts to turn the tables with a new idea he came up with? The two hitting each other at the same time sends them both to the ground. It all comes down to a clash of pure pride, with the victory in the Isshu League on the line! Who will the goddess of victory smile upon in the end?
