None of the previous marketing department people at Pokemon International have been very good with interacting with fansites or fans via the Internet for promotions or general distribution of new information. Perhaps with a new director this might change though that doesn't seem to be a priority for the Company as they are more focused on traditional methods of marketing. Their Twitter and Facebook aren't always getting the entire fanbase either.
