Lucario would ask or answer questions to people it was interviewing by holding up a flip board with the question or statement written on it. Lucario often acted as a cheerleader and was often seen doing a little dance that would have it wave its hands in the air. During the first episode of Pokémon Smash, Shoko-tan revealed that Lucario would no longer be on the show. Lucario, an obvious fan of the Barry Manilow song Copacabana, retired to Copacabana, a borough in the southern area of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Shoko-tan showed a picture of Lucario on the beach in Copacabana waving.
