Biography
Paul's Garchomp was the second Pokémon sent out to battle and faced off against Ash's Dragonite during the Training Battle at Oak's Laboratory. It was meant to emulate Cynthia's Garchomp in preparation for Ash Ketchum's entry into the Masters Tournament. It defeated Ash's Dragonite despite it using a new battle technique of flying towards it with Draco Meteor.
