Biography
The Collaborator is a Nemuro town official that worked with ADventure to create a revitalization plan to promote the relocation of the rugby team to Nemuro Town. He was determined to transform the Nemuro Shopping Arcade into place for rugby fans to visit. Gonzo Kabira also wanted to make sure that the children would still feel comfortable in the district.
