Professor Kagami is studying Pokémon and the natural environment of the Lentil region at the Lental Pokémon Natural Science Laboratory. Rita, who is helping him with his research, will tell the player about the island and his research.

In order to safely proceed with the investigations, players get on the Neo-One (ネオワン号), a pod-shaped vehicle, where they start taking pictures. Once you arrive at the island, it will automatically move along the route, so get your camera ready and start investigating!

Pokémon in the wild adapt to various environments and live in a lively manner. They live in groups and form territories, roam alone, and play with other Pokémon. Depending on the Pokémon, you can find a variety of ecology! They may be hiding in plain sight, or they may suddenly appear out of the sky, so look around 360 degrees and aim for a good photo opportunity so you don't miss the decisive moment!
