As you clear blocks, orbs representing each of the 7 Eevee evolutions fall. Collecting these is the key to winning the one you want!

After the 4th level, your orbs are counted and the majority determines your prize

Make sure the Eevee evolution you won is actually saved to your account by reloading the game and checking for this message.
I had to replay the game.
