Based on her observation, as I was watching BW13, I noticed Kojiro pressing a button that brought up Shippo City's map. The M and P letters were there, so I concluded that this word might be "MAP".

Sunain observed that the sequence written on the sign (which we've noticed was repeated quite often) might correspond to POKEMON, as the U-like letter was repeated twice in the word, and in the positions "O" should be.
