The official Japanese Pokémon website has announced that they will be closing two Pokémon Stores on Sunday, May 9, 2021. No reason was officially given but the high cost of rental spaces in the Chubu airport and the lack of travelers over the last year due to the coronavirus may have had a significant impact on the store.
