Full details have been announced for the relocation of the Pokémon Center Hiroshima and it will reopen on the second floor of ekie at the north exit of Hiroshima Station on April 11th, 2025! The new interior of the store incorporates the charm of Hiroshima and is a space where you can enjoy Pokémon.


The entrance is designed to resemble a waterfall, and features a life-sized Shiny Red Gyarados that welcomes visitors! You can hear the powerful cry of Gyarados. Next to Gyarados, is Pikachu and Koiking who are waiting for you to come, so look forward to seeing them!


Inside the store, Pikachu can also be seen holding a Koinobori (carp streamer) and enjoying some Hiroshima specialties.


In addition, a new Pokémon Card Station will also be opening. Various events are planned, so come and enjoy the Pokémon Card Game with your friends and family!

Pokémon Center Hiroshima Merchandise!

Merchandise celebrating the reopening of the Pokémon Center Hiroshima will be available on Friday, April 11th, 2025! The merchandise features artwork inspired by the cityscape of Hiroshima, along with Pokémon including Shiny Red Gyarados.

Collaborative Goods with Hiroshima Toyo Carp

To commemorate the reopening of Pokémon Center Hiroshima on Friday, April 11th, 2025, collaborative good featuring the Hiroshima Prefecture's professional baseball team, Hiroshima Toyo Carp, will be available! The designs are based on the Pokémon Center Hiroshima logos. There are a total of 13 items that will be great for cheering on or watching baseball games! There are caps, T-shirts, towels, and pouches, so have fun coordinating your outfit.

On Saturday, March 15th, 2025, new plushies will be added to the Trembling...Hug! Plushies (ぶるぶる…むぎゅ！ぬいぐるみ) series and they will be available at the Pokémon Center! When you pull on the plushies, they move and look as if the pre-evolved and evolved Pokémon are hugging each other! The lineup includes: Py and Pippi, Karakara and Garagara, Otachi and Ootachi, and Tyltto and Tyltalis. Look for the teary-eyed expressions on the pre-evolved Pokémon.

The plushies will be available at the Tohoku Pokémon Center preview opening on Thursday, March 13th, 2025 and on the Pokémon Center Online on Friday, March 14th, 2025 at 10 am JST.

On Saturday, February 15th, 2025, new plushies will join the Saiko Soda Refresh series! Saiko Soda Refresh is a series of retro-pop goods featuring the same design concept of the Saiko Soda series, but with illustrations by F*Kaori. Joining the series this time are 5 new plushies: Rokon, Alolan Rokon, Gonbe, Gothimu and Kumasyun! Look out for their characteristic dull eyes and squeezed mouths! These products will be available on the Pokémon Center Online after the renewal.

More details about the Pokémon Center Tohoku relocation were announced on February 7th, 2025. It was revealed that the Pokémon Center Tohoku will reopen on Friday, March 14th, 2025 on the 3rd floor of Sendai PARCO's main building! The new interior of the store is designed to evoke the vibrancy of festivals that take place in the Tohoku region.


At the entrance, Pikachu and the Mythical Pokémon Victini will be welcoming you with a smile! Let's make a V sign together!


As you walk through the store, you'll come across the Legendary Pokémon, Ogrepon! We look forward to seeing you all here and come to play.


In addition, various Pokémon are enjoying the festivals in the store. Let's enjoy the festive atmosphere with the Pokémon at the Pokémon Center Touhoku!


You'll also find information on Pokémon games, apps, and much more!


In addition, a Pokémon Card Station, where you can play Pokémon Card Games easily and comfortably, will also be available. Let's play the Pokémon Card Game at various events!


The Pokémon Center Tohoku Garden will be opening in the plaza in front of the main entrance on the second floor of the Sendai PARCO's main building! The garden is surrounded by greenery, including a Pikachu topiary, and is filled with many Pokémon, so be sure to check it out when you come to the Pokémon Center Tohoku.

Merchandise commemorating the reopening will be available!

On Friday, March 14th, 2025 merchandise will be available to commemorate the reopening of the Pokémon Center Tohoku!


There will be lots of items unique to the Pokémon Center Tohoku, including goods that depict Pokémon enjoying the festivals, as well as a mascot plushies of Pikachu high-fiving the Mythical Pokémon Victini.


There are also Pikachu plushies dressed up in costumes inspired by festivals of the Tohoku region!


The designs are based on the six festivals that represent the Tohoku region: the Aomori Nebuta Festival, the Akita Kanto Festival, the Morioka Sansa Dance Festival, the Yamagata Hanagasa Festival, the Sendai Tanabata Festival, and the Fukushima Waraji Festival.


In addition, jinbei will also be available so you can enjoy the festival with the Pokémon! Head out to the festival with the drawstring bags and tote bags that will also be on sale!

The items will be on sale at the pre-opening preview on Thursday, March 13th, 2025 and on the Pokémon Center Online on Friday, March 14th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. JST. They will not be available on the Amazon.co.jp's Pokémon Store.

Pre-opening Preview and Advance Lottery Information

A pre-opening preview will be held on Thursday, March 13th, 2025 the day before the reopening! From Thursday, March 13th, 2025 to Sunday, April 6th, 2025, to celebrate the reopening, customers who spend over 6,000 yen (including tax) at the Pokémon Center Tohoku will receive an original shopping bag!
