On Saturday, December 16th, 2023, Trembling... Hug! Plushies (ぶるぶる…むぎゅ！ぬいぐるみ) will be available at the Pokémon Center! When you pull on the plushise, they move and look as if pre-evolved and evolved Pokémon are hugging each other! The lineup includes: Pichu and Pikachu, Pupurin and Purin, Ruriri and Maril, Usohachi and Usokkie. Look for the teary-eyed expressions on the pre-evolved Pokémon. The Pokémon Center Online will start selling them on December 13th, 2023 at 10:00am!

At the Amazon.co.jp Pokémon Store, pre-orders will be starting on December 16th, 2023, and sales starting on December 23rd, 2023, but due to the limited number of products available, they may be sold during the pre-order period.

YOASOBI released the song Biri-Biri in Japanese and English simultaneously on Saturday, November 18th, 2023, the first anniversary of the release of the Nintendo Switch games Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. On Friday, November 10th, 2023, an original short novel After the Rain With You was also released and is based on the games as well.


This is the first time that YOASOBI has collaborated with a video game to produce a song. The cover of the album features the Pokémon Pawmot. A music video was released later on in the day. High resolution pictures from the press release have been added to an Imageboard thread.


Starting on Saturday, November 18th, 2023, patrons that purchase 6,000 yen or more (including tax) at Pokémon Centers and the Pokémon Center Online, they can receive a physical copy of the After the Rain With You (きみと雨上がりを) short novel written by Ayano Takeda.
