After these Ultra Beasts debut during their respective in-person Pokémon GO Fest events, they will appear globally later in the Season of GO.
Beast Balls are coming to Pokémon GO!
Cooperation breeds innovation! After working together with you to confront Nihilego,Rhi of the GO Ultra Recon Squad has created a limited number of Beast Balls—a special kind of Poké Ball—to help in-person Pokémon GO Fest attendees catch an Ultra Beast as part of Special Research during each in-person Pokémon GO Fest event.
Different events, shared bonuses
Ticket-holding Trainers at each of the in-person Pokémon GO Fest locations will be able to enjoy the following bonuses during event hours on their ticketed day:
1/2 Hatch Distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event period.
Take a snapshot at the event for a surprise!
Event-themed Field Research will be available.
You’ll be able to get event-themed stickers by spinning PokéStops and opening Gifts.

Team GO Rocket balloons will be appearing more often, and defeating Team GO Rocket Grunts will earn you twice as many Mysterious Components.

You'll want to “toon” in to Pokémon TV on June 17, 2022, for the English-language premiere of the first episode of POKÉTOON, a series of animated shorts that were originally published on the Japanese-language Pokémon Kids TV YouTube channel. Each episode tells a different story ranging from silly to heartwarming, and each is presented with a unique art style that makes it stand out from other Pokémon animation.
There are eight POKÉTOON episodes in total, and a new one will release every Friday. Remember, the first episode, “Scraggy and Mimikyu,” arrives on June 17 on Pokémon TV, and the series will appear on the official Pokémon YouTube Channel later this fall.
To celebrate the Pokémon Championships 2021-22 Singapore, a Shiny Clefairy based the Clefairy used by Jirawiwat Thitasiri in the Pokémon Asia Players Cup (PAPC) 2021 will be distributed. Pokémon Unveils Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest 2022 Winners with Top Submissions to be Featured in Official Pokémon TCG Cards
June 10, 2022 – Today, The Pokémon Company International and Creatures Inc. announced the winners of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest 2022, a fan art contest that invited Trainers from the U.S. and Japan to illustrate upcoming Pokémon TCG cards.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest 2022 opened to U.S. applicants for the first time, in addition to Japan, and garnered strong interest from fans in both markets, receiving 10,830 entries. Trainers were asked to capture the official contest theme of “the daily life of Pokémon,” and submissions were evaluated by a panel of judges from The Pokémon Company group and Creatures Inc., including official Pokémon TCG illustrators.
The grand prize winner and first runner-up winners will receive $5,000 and $3,000 in cash prizes, respectively, and have their submissions be featured in upcoming promo cards for the Pokémon TCG. In addition, second runner-up winners and judges award winners will receive $1,000 and $500 in cash prizes, respectively.
