Arc Suit Sync Pair 5★ Arc Suit Leon & Charizard are being featured in this limited-time Arc Suit Fair Scout! Plus, the Leon Arc Suit Fair Scout and the Special Present! Leon Arc Suit Fair Scout are under way at the same time! The Arc Suit Fair is a special sync pair scout in which 5★ sync pairs have a 12% chance of appearing!

Arc Suit Sync Pairs

Arc Suit Sync Pairs are Arc Suit Fair–exclusive Sync Pairs. In addition to regular Passive Skills, these sync pairs will have one Arc Suit Passive Skill that strengthens your whole team, and one that raises your team’s Type Rebuff and lowers the Type Rebuff of your opponent’s team the first time the sync pair enters each battle.

Also, Arc Suit Sync Pairs have a special new Role: Multi! Once you raise a Multi Sync Pair to 6★ EX, they’ll be able to lower the Type Rebuff of the opponent’s team the first time they use their Sync Move each battle.

Multi Sync Pairs can specialize in dealing damage like a Strike Sync Pair, or at protecting their team like a Support Sync Pair. Therefore, it is important to choose a style that matches the characteristics of your particular Sync Pair.

Note: These Sync Pairs’ characteristics are essentially their EX Role.
Note: The number and type of items needed to unlock level caps will differ from other Roles.
Note: Multi Sync Pairs can use 5★ Move Candies or 5★ Custom Move Candies to raise their move level.


The featured Sync Pair will be released with their Sync Grid expanded, the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, and an EX Role available to unlock.

I’m Tetsuya Iguchi, general producer of Pokémon Masters EX, here with a new message for you. Today, we’ll focus on details about events beginning around the end of November and the new Sync Pairs that will debut.

App Update for Late November - A New Guest Arrives in the Trainer Lodge

Starting November 30, 2024, you’ll be able to invite Arven to the Trainer Lodge as a Guest! To invite Arven, you’ll need to team up with Arven & Mabosstiff first. ou can team up with Arven & Mabosstiff via the Arven Poké Fair Scout that will begin on November 30, 2024, so be sure to invite him once you’ve teamed up with them. Please note that as of now you cannot team up with Arven & Mabosstiff via the Monthly Poké Fair Scout.

Superawakening Added to Existing Sync Pairs

On November 30, 2024, Superawakening will be added to a total of 25 existing Fair-Exclusive Sync Pairs, including Diantha & Gardevoir and Sygna Suit Acerola & Tapu Bulu. For details on these 25 Sync Pairs, please see the “About the Sync Pairs Who Received Superawakening” notification that will be sent on November 30, 2024.

Also, the “Gem special + special present” will be available starting December 4, 2024. It includes a Superawakening Candy present, so we hope you check it out.

Arceus Arc Chapter 2 Added!

Arceus Arc Chapter 2 will be added on November 28, 2024. Leon falls just short of victory in his battle against Red. As Leon wonders why he lost, Volo offers a suggestion. We hope you look forward to this story!

Plus, to go along with Arceus Arc Chapter 2, the Arceus Arc Celebration Special Battle Event will also begin, so we hope you enjoy that as well.

Arc Suit Leon & Charizard

Arc Suit Leon & Charizard are a Fire-type Multi Sync Pair. Their EX Role is Tech. Thanks to one of their Passive Skills, their Sync Move and Max Moves, which normally only attack one opponent, will attack all opponents instead. Plus, their power will not be lowered even if there are multiple targets, and they’ll always be critical hits when they land!

After they use their Max Move, another Passive Skill of theirs can reduce their Sync Move countdown by three, letting them quickly use their Sync Move. Their Special Moves ↑ Next effect will also be increased by three ranks, powering up their moves.

Additionally, when an opponent is burned, they’ll be able to use their powerful single-target Almighty Fire Blast Buddy Move, making them a Sync Pair that can step up against multiple opponents or a single opponent!


You’ll also be able to select Special Pose 2 when taking photos of Arc Suit Leon with the Photo Creator. At the same time, a Special Pose 2 will be added for Leon in his regular outfit, as well as for Sygna Suit Leon, Leon (Holiday 2021), and Leon (Alt.). We hope you use Special Pose 2 and snap some shots.

Two Kinds of Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout Are Coming

Starting November 30, 2024, two kinds of Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout featuring Sync Pairs such as Sygna Suit Cynthia & Kommo-o and N & Zekrom will begin!

For each lineup, there will be a regular Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout, as well as a paid-gems-only Triple Feature Poké Fair Scout that comes with a Roll Cake present.

Sygna Suit Cynthia & Kommo-o and N & Zekrom will each get an EX Role added. All of the other featured Fair-Exclusive Sync Pairs have already had an EX Role added, so we hope you check them out too.

Milo & Eldegoss Arrive!

On December 4, 2024, Galar Gym Leader Milo will form a Sync Pair with Eldegoss and arrive as a Fair-Exclusive Sync Pair! Milo & Eldegoss are a Grass-type Support Sync Pair. Their EX Role is Sprint. We hope you look forward to it!

Other Events

In early December, Story Event Champion Time, which was Leon’s debut on Pasio, will return. An Ultimate Battle will also be added, so we hope you look forward to it.

In addition, a Ranked Damage Event with battles that have opponents weak to Fire, Water, and Grass is scheduled to begin in mid-December. Arc Suit Leon and Milo, who we introduced above, can both come up big in this event, so we hope you participate!

We’re also planning an event that will start around mid-December in which you can take on Shiny Rayquaza in co-op battles in conjunction with the ongoing Shiny Rayquaza Appears Rally, which features Shiny Rayquaza and is currently under way elsewhere, such as in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet.

A separate Rally to coincide with the event is also planned. Details will be provided on our official X account, so please check it out.

What to Expect in the Next Message

Our next message is scheduled for late December. In it, we plan to share some details about what we have in store for the New Year’s holiday season. Ranked Damage Event Super Sparring No. 4 Under Way! The Ranked Damage Event Super Sparring No. 4 is under way! You can use the Sync Pairs you have trained up until now to update your Best Score and aim for a higher place in the rankings!

Ranked Damage Event Details

The Ranked Damage Event is an event where you attempt to obtain a score across three battles to earn rewards. Sync Pairs that have completed one of the battles will not be able to participate in any other battle unless that battle is reset. Earn the highest score you can within the time limit!

How to Obtain a Score

Your score is equal to the amount of damage you inflict on your opponent during battle. Choose Sync Pairs that can exploit your opponent’s weaknesses, then use powerful moves and inflict status conditions in order to deal as much damage as possible!

Note: Due to Not Super Effective: Zero Damage, attacks other than supereffective attacks will inflict zero damage.
Note: Not Super Effective: Zero Damage cannot be ignored by moves or Passive Skills that have the “Ignores the target’s Passive Skills that would reduce the damage of attacks” effect.
Note: Except in certain circumstances, damage incurred from sources other than attacks, such as poison, will not be reduced to zero.

Score Rank

Training Ticket Exchange

The Training Tickets obtainable as event rewards can be used in the Training Ticket Exchange. It includes special Sync Pairs that can only be obtained in the Training Ticket Exchange, as well as Co-op Sync Orbs. The Training Ticket Exchange can be found in the Event tab of the Exchange Items menu.

About the Time Limit

There is a time limit for Ranked Damage Event battles. Continue fighting until time runs out in order to win the battle and earn a score based on your performance. If you are eliminated before time runs out, you will lose the battle and be unable to earn a score.

Additional Special Parameters

Special rules such as “Reduces the damage allies deal with Sync Moves and Max Moves” will be set for each battle. Some battles do not have special rules.

About Rankings

Once you complete all of the battles, your Best Score, which is your total score from all battles, will be recorded. The ranking feature will be unlocked when your Best Score has been recorded. The rankings allow you to compare your current Best Score against other players participating in the event.

Your rank changes according to your place in the rankings, and if you are within the top 10,000 spots, you will reach Master Rank. You will acquire a Title based on your place in the rankings, and you will receive all of the Titles that are below the one you earned.

Note: If your total score after completing all of the battles exceeds your current Best Score, your Best Score will be updated.

Many Possibilities Is Back! Hatch Eevee Eggs! In this event, you can receive an Egg from Professor Bellis that hatches into an Eevee that has either an Electric-type, Water-type, Fire-type, Psychic-type, Dark-type, Fairy-type, Grass-type, or Ice-type Sync Move!

The evolved form will differ for each Sync Move type, and they will also have Moves that manipulate field effects such as the weather or terrain! Acquire an Egg and try to evolve Eevee!

Note: During this event period, you cannot receive Eggs from Professor Bellis by completing areas outside of this event.

Normally, you can only have one Pokémon from each evolutionary line that hatched from an Egg as your sync pair partner at a time, but since Eevee evolves into different Pokémon depending on its Sync Move type, you can pair up with one Eevee for each Sync Move type.

Limited-Time Incubator

One limited-time incubator will be added to Bellis’s Lab for the duration of this event. Try hatching lots of Eggs during the event period!

Note: If an Egg is still in the limited-time incubator when the event ends, the limited-time incubator will remain active until that Egg hatches.

Lineup Bonuses

You have an increased chance of receiving Eggs if you take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs you place in your lineup, the higher your Egg reward rate will be!

Additional Themed Mass Outbreak Events and Tera Raid Battle Events Announced, Along with Infographic Celebrating How Trainers Have Adventured Since Launch

Bellevue, Wash. – November 18, 2024 – Today, The Pokémon Company International announced that a Tera Raid Battle event featuring Shiny Rayquaza is planned to be held soon in the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games. To coincide with this Legendary Pokémon’s arrival, a mass outbreak event featuring Pokémon that have black coloration when Shiny will be held concurrently. Leading up to Shiny Rayquaza’s appearance, there will also be a three-part Tera Raid Battle event series featuring Pokémon that can help Trainers prepare to take on this Legendary Pokémon. Additionally, to celebrate the journeys Trainers have taken part in since the launch of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, an official infographic has been released detailing exciting information on how Trainers have adventured across Paldea, Kitakami, and Blueberry Academy.

Special Event: Shiny Rayquaza Appears

Trainers can find a Shiny Rayquaza with Dragon as its Tera Type in 5-star Tera Raid Battles from Friday, December 20, 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 23:59 UTC. This Shiny Rayquaza cannot normally be encountered during regular gameplay.

The Shiny Rayquaza appearing in this event can be caught only once per save data. As long as the event is running, Trainers can still participate in Tera Raid Battles against this Rayquaza to obtain other in-game rewards if they have already caught it. Shiny Rayquaza may be featured in future events or become encounterable through other methods.

To commemorate this event, a special animated trailer has been released on the official Pokémon YouTube channel showing Shiny Rayquaza in the Paldea region.

Mass Outbreaks of Pokémon That Have Black Coloration When Shiny
During Shiny Rayquaza’s appearance from Friday, December 20, 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 23:59 UTC, mass outbreaks of Fraxure, Carbink, and Cetoddle—all of which have black coloration when Shiny—will appear throughout various locations.

Pokémon appearing in these special mass outbreaks are more likely to be Shiny. During this event, Cetoddle can be encountered in the Paldea region, Carbink can be encountered in the land of Kitakami, and Fraxure can be encountered in the Terarium at Blueberry Academy.
