The Pokémon Company and Kagawa Prefecture have signed an "Agreement on Cooperation and Collaboration for Regional Revitalization" and have been holding various events to attract tourists with Yadon, who has been appointed to the Udon Prefecture PR team, since 2018.

As a special project of the Udon Prefecture x Yadon - Yadon Paradise in Kagawa, they wrapped the Shodoshima ferry, airport limousine bus, and the interior of the hotel with Yadon's design, and held an unveiling ceremony for the media in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture on Friday, February 4th, 2022. High resolution pictures from the press release have been added to an Imageboard thread.

At the same time, a special hole int the face panel will be set up at Takamatsu Airport, where people can take pictures with their head as Yadon to commemorate their visit to Kagawa Prefecture.

The Pokémon Company and Miyagi Prefecture have been collaborating on various initiatives to promote tourism and support reconstruction since Laplace became a Miyagi Support Pokémon in July 2019. As a special project of the Laplace + Miyagi Tour (ラプラス+宮城巡り), a café in featuring Laplace will be open from December 17th, 2021 to January 16th, 2022 as part of a tourism campaign organized by Miyagi Prefecture. In this project, Laplace, the Pokémon for Miyagi, Ishitsubute, the Pokémon for Iwate, and Lucky, the Pokémon for Fukushima, which are also active in Tohoku, will join forces to make the event more exciting.

In collaboration with Laplace, Ishitsubute, and Lucky, they have developed a menu using ingredients from each prefecture. There will be about 10 types of menu items, including meals, desserts, and drinks, that use ingredients from Miyagi, Iwate, and Fukushima prefectures, with Laplace, Ishitsubute, and Lucky as the main characters. Some menu items are available for takeout.

The Pokémon Company announced that as part of the Pokémon Local Acts activities in Fukushima Prefecture, a park featuring Lucky, the Fukushima Support Pokémon, will be opened, and its name will be Lucky Park. The illustration is an image and may differ from the actual park.

The park will have playground equipment designed mainly with Lucky in mind! It looks like a lot of fun! The parks will be located in Koriyama City, Namie Town, Yanaizu Town, and Showa Village in Fukushima Prefecture. The first park is scheduled to open at Roadside Station Namie in Namie Town in December 2021! The second and subsequent parks are scheduled to open in the spring of 2022.

As part of the Pokémon Local Acts, ITO EN's disaster response vending machines wrapped with Pokémon on them are appearing in municipality! In addition, the vending machines will appear as a Gym in the Pokémon GO game. 7 machines have been made for the participating regions and have been wrapped with the Ambassador Pokémon for the localities. The purpose of the machines is to help raise disaster awareness among local residents and encouraging them to think about emergency preparedness. Two new Pokémon Utility Hole Covers, or PokéLids (Pokéfuta ポケふた) have been unveiled and installed in Hachinohe City and Hashikami Town in Aomori Prefecture on March 13th, 2021. On March 11th, 2021, the 10th anniversary of the Tohoku earthquake was commemorated. 5 different Pokémon are depicted on these 2 lids including: the Sea Cucumber Namakobushi, the Sea Urchin Bachinuni as well as Camome flying in the air, Yukihami relaxing and Ishitsubute.

Each PokéLids is an original design and each is unique. The PokéLids will continue to be installed for years to come. More than 150 PokéLids have been installed already in locations throughout Japan and they will serve as an opportunity for many people throughout Japan and around the world to learn about the charms of Pokémon and the charms of Hachinohe City and Hashikami Town.

In the Tohoku region, as part of the reconstruction support after the Tohoku earthquake, PokéLids have been installed in 57 locations, mainly in the Pacific coastal areas of Iwate, Miyagi, and Fukushima Prefectures. The PokéLids that are installed will gradually become PokéStops for the location-based game Pokémon GO for smartphones.

The total number of Pokémon PokéLids has finally reached 151! High resolution pictures taken from the unveiling event have been added to an Imageborad thread.

February 27th, 2021 marks exactly 25 years since the release of the first Pokémon games, Pocket Monsters Red and Green in 1996. The four PokéLids installed on this memorable day are Fushigibana, Lizardon, and Kamex, the evolved forms of Fushigidane, Hitokage, and Zenigame, which appear as the first three starter Pokémon in those games, as well as Mew, the Mythical Pokémon.

The PokéLids depict with the majestic nature of the Ogasawara Islands, which is an an area registered as a World Natural Heritage site. With these new PokéLids, the total number installed around Japan has now exceeded 151, bringing the total to 152.

Each PokéLids is an original design and each is unique. The PokéLids will continue to be installed for years to come. It is hoped that the PokéLids will serve as an opportunity for many people around the country and the world to learn about the charms of Pokémon and Ogasawara Village. The PokéLids that are installed will gradually become PokéStops for the location-based game Pokémon GO for smartphones.

Five new Pokémon Utility Hole Covers, PokéLids (Pokéfuta ポケふた), have been installed in Ikaruga Town, Nara Prefecture, Japan! A total of nine different Pokémon appear, including Entei, Dohtakun, and Baokkie! On Janurary 20th, 2021, an unveiling ceremony was held at the Horyuji i-Center (法隆寺iセンター). Pikachu appeared as a special guest to assist with the ceremony along with Mayor Nakanishi and Pago-chan (パゴちゃん), the Ikaruga Town Tourism Campaign Ambassador. Each utility hole has its own original design, making it unique in the world, and the PokéLids will continue to be installed for years and decades to come. With the more than 140 PokéLids that have already been installed throughout Japan, they hope that these utility holes will provide an opportunity for many people throughout Japan and around the world to learn about the unique charm of Pokémon and Ikaruga Town. The PokéLids will gradually become Pokéstops in the location-based game Pokémon GO for smartphones.
