Pokémon Music Spotlight is an internal project of The Pokémon Company that was created in early 2021 to create a future where the world teems with Pokémon music. One Pokémon Company employee believed they should offer more ways to enjoy Pokémon through music and since then, like-minded project members have continuously debated and refined the infinite possibilities of the Pokémon music library. The Pokémon Game Sound Library was the initial result of the project.
