Kenji Okubo is the current CEO of The Pokémon Company International since 2009. Originally being the director for international business at Japan's side, The Pokémon Company, he moved over to Seattle, WA to work for the US branch. He would move up to vice president, and later become CEO for the US branch after Akira Chiba retired. When the US and UK branches merged, he became the leader of the entire company. Due to this, he is credited as "Executive Producer" in most productions.
