On March 19th, 2021, the official Japanese anime Twitter account posted that the Karaage Sisters (from #Nokizaka46) would appear as guest voice actors in PM2019 61 which aired on March 9th, 2021! Plusle was voiced by Saryuri Matsumura and Minun was voiced by Erika Ikuta. They also posted comments from the two of them talking about their roles.

I never thought I'd get to play the role of a Pokémon, and couldn't believe I'd play Minun, I was so excited!
It is difficult to put personality and emotions into a sob voice, and I felt how difficult it is for voice actors.
It think I'm going to develop the ability to listen to the emotions of Pokémon.
It was also interesting to ad-lib Minun in its language at unscripted points.
