Biography
Jaye's Hoothoot have been partners since they were young and it is seen perched outside of its Poké Ball on Jaye shoulders. When they were attacked by Misdreavus and Stantler while climbing the Bell Tower in Ecruteak City, it used Foresight to clear the illusion. It managed to see Ho-oh with Jaye when they reached the top of the tower.
