Biography
Mr. Norris is the owner of a cottage in Azalea Town in the Johto region that he rents out for people on vacation. Goh's family has rented the cottage from him a few times. When he was younger, he allowed Goh to borrow his Sunflora to go cut down some of the long grass in Ilex Forest to try to find the shrine and Celebi.
