Biography
Jigglypuff is an ancient Pokémon with strange markings over its body that was worshiped by the people in the ancient city of Pokémopolis and was used to calm the fighting between two other ancient Pokémon, an Alakazam and a Gengar.
Many years later, by hearing the song of a sing Jigglypuff the ancient Jigglypuff was called upon again to stop the fighting between Gengar and Alakazam.
Its relic was acts as a Pokéball also contains a paint brush which it uses to doodle on the sleeping Alakazam and Gengar
