Mitchell is a French pâtissier that had a sweets shop in the Galar Region with Murdock until the two of them had a falling out. He now runs the Battle Café in Engine City where people come to get his Pero-Fluffy Cotton Candy in the mornings.

He would make Mahomil Matcha Cake which was one of the shops best selling items but Mahomil evolved into Murdock's Alcremie Ruby Mix, and that made it hard for the recipe to taste the same again. Murdock didn't realize this till a much later date though.

Mitchell and Murdock reunited after he arrived to get the Cotton Candy for his niece Dot. They had a Double Battle and ended up reconciling.
