Biography
Grusha's Cetitan is a separate Pokémon to Grusha's Cetoddle and not its evolved form.
Grusha's Cetitan was the first Pokémon sent out to battle against Liko's Floragato for Liko's practical application test. After Liko's Floragato was being outmatched by Grusha's Cetitan, Liko's Hattrem was swapped in but it too wasn't strong enough and was quickly defeated. In its return to the battle, Liko's Floragato used Magical Leaf in Grusha's Cetitan mouth making it hard to use moves, so this time Grusha recalled it and swapped it with Grusha's Altaria.
