Biography
Rayu is a boy that lives in Manpuku Town in the Paldea Region. He is a street vendor that sells paintings done by his Grafaiai. Due to only having Nanab Berries to feed his Grafaiai, it only painted its pictures in pink. He wanted to buy a Strong Sphere to help his Grafaiai paint better pictures.
He ran into Ult after he thought he was taking the Nanab Berries he wanted for his Grafaiai but they were both chased off into the forest nearby by a Mabosstiff. Rayu got his Grafaiai to eat other berries to try to change its paint color but it was a picky eater. He then stole Ult's Dusk Ball to try to trade it for a Strong Sphere.
After a confrontation with Indi and Rubella, Ult's Dragonite comes out of the Dusk Ball and battles the Explorers Pokémon and quickly defeats them to rescue Rayu. He then went back to being a painting vendor.
