Biography
The chef of a Sandwich Bar on Mandarin Island South who observed Emily's and Ralph's rivalry intensify over the years after they both obtained identical Pokémon and finished equal first in Pokémon Contests. He told the story of their rivalry to Ash, Tracey and Misty as he served them some food.
