Biography
Dr. Quincy T. Quackenpoker is a Pokémon researcher who has a particular interest in watching Magikarp during their evolution season in the Orange Islands. He places band on the Magikarp so he can determine how many times they revisit the island and counts how many evolve into a Gyarodos as they leave.
