Satoshi risked his life to stop Mewtwo and Mew's fight.
As Mewtwo and Mew stop fighting and leave Satoshi and the others in order to live in peace with the Copy Pokémon, Mewtwo speaks this line.

I was extremely touched when I watched Mewtwo Strikes Back! The scene where Satoshi gets turned to stone and the Pokémon start crying moved me to tears.
