Biography
Goh's Froakie was caught in a park in Lumiose City. Goh spotted it come out of a pond and with some advice from Bonnie and a few attempts to tire out Froakie, he managed to get it.
Goh's Frogadier is the evolved form of Goh's Froakie. It evolved during a play battle with Chloe's Eevee in Sakuragi Park.
