Today's episode featured a report of the Pokémon World Championships 2010 that took place in Hawaii on August 13th to 15th, 2010. Chief Golgo and Professor Red were sent to report of the event.

The report starts off with Golgo and Red swimming towards the shoreline in snorkeling gear, making it look like they swam from Japan to Hawaii. Red exclaims "I made it to Hawaii!" (ハワイに ついたぞ!) as the two of them, in their white and red striped swimming suit, manage to walk up the beach gradually making it look like they were exhausted.

When they asked the question to Nao Kawamura (川村奈央), she replied 'First Place' (1位です). Tsubasa Nakamura (中村翼), the 2009 Pokémon World Champion, then showed up.
