The Mythical Pokémon Marshadow is coming to your Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon game with a code available at GameStop.
The mysterious Marshadow will soon be able to step out from the shadows and into your Pokémon Sun or Pokémon Moon game. To get the newly discovered Mythical Pokémon, stop by your local participating GameStop store from October 9–23 and pick up a code that will unlock Marshadow in your game.

Salazzle evolve only from female Salandit, which are uncommon encounters in the Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon video games. The venomous Poison- and Fire-type Pokémon Salazzle has its signature Corrosion Ability, which enables this Pokémon to make even usually resistant Steel- and Poison-type Pokémon badly poisoned using its potent Toxic move.

Pokémon fans will definitely want to take a look at the new Gallery Figures collection coming to the Pokémon Center on Pokémon Day, February 27. These high-quality figures were created for the Pokémon Center in the United States, meaning this is the first time they have ever been available anywhere in the world.
The first four Gallery Figures depict some well-known Pokémon as they perform an attack: Mew using Psychic, Eevee using Swift, Magikarp using Splash, and Pikachu using its iconic Thunderbolt attack. Each figure is mounted on the same size base, making it easy to put them on display. Plus, this is only the first set of Gallery Figures planned for launch in the Pokémon Center—check back throughout the year for details on upcoming collectibles.

Special Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competitions Being Held for the Chance to Win a Spot at the 2016 Pokémon US National Championships
REDMOND, Wash., Feb. 18, 2016 – For over a decade, Pokémon video game and Pokémon Trading Card Game players have tirelessly trained and battled in official Pokémon Championship Series events throughout the year for the opportunity to be crowned Pokémon World Champion. Nintendo and The Pokémon Company International announced today that the upcoming Pokkén Tournament game for Wii U will join the Pokémon Championship Series beginning this spring. These tournaments are sanctioned annually by The Pokémon Company International, and this year will culminate with the crowning of the Pokkén Tournament World Champions this August at the 2016 Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco.
One way to prepare for and even gain entry into the official 2016 Pokémon Championship Series, as well as getting the chance to play Pokkén Tournament before it launches on March 18, is attending the Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competitions being hosted by Nintendo at select GameStop locations across the United States on Saturday, Feb. 27. Winners from the regional tournaments will advance to the finals being held at the Nintendo NY store in New York on March 17. The final two winners of the Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competitions will earn travel awards to the 2016 Pokémon US National Championships (July 1-3 in Columbus, Ohio), where they will battle to advance to the 2016 Pokémon World Championships, the premiere Pokémon tournament of the year.
On Feb. 27 from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time, GameStop stores in the following cities will host local qualifiers for the Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competition. Registration will begin at each regional location starting at 10 a.m. local time. Players will compete at these regional competitions for a chance to move on to the finals at the Nintendo NY store in New York:

The Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competitions are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be split into two age brackets: players born in 2001 or later and players born in 2000 or earlier. The winner of each age bracket will then be trained by a professional fighting game player during fun training sessions that will be shared on Nintendo social media channels. Once training is complete, the winner from each city and age bracket and a guest will be flown to the Nintendo NY store on March 17 for the Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competition finals, where they will battle against all other local champions. The winners of the Pokkén Tournament Early Access Competition finals will each win a Wii U system, the Pokkén Tournament game and a travel award to Columbus, Ohio, where they will battle at the 2016 Pokémon US National Championships for the chance to advance to the 2016 Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco.

Pokkén Tournament launches for Wii U on March 18, and brings high-definition game play and over-the-top action to never-before-seen battles between some of the most recognizable Pokémon characters. People that buy the first production run version of the game will also receive a special Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card, which can be tapped to the Wii U GamePad controller to unlock the Shadow Mewtwo playable character in the game. When customers pre-order and purchase Pokkén Tournament from GameStop, they will receive a double-sided poster featuring art of some of the epic battles in Pokkén Tournament (while supplies last).
The Pokémon Company and GameStop have announced that a Dragonite will be distributed at participating GameStop locations in the United States from June 22nd, 2015 until July 12th, 2015. The Dragonite is level 55, has the Hidden Ability Multiscale and is holding a Lum Berry. The Dragonite knows the following moves: Dragon Dance, Extreme Speed, Outrage, and Hurricane.
The Pokémon Company International in conjunction with GameStop have announced a new sweepstakes promotion for residents of the United States. From December 8th, 2013 until December 31th, 2014, patrons of GameStop will receive a code on their receipt when they purchase any participating Pokémon product at GameStop. Patrons can then enter the code at the MegaStop website and can unlock cool stuff for the Pokémon TCG Online.
Each code unlocks a digital booster pack from the latest expansion, Pokémon TCG: XY Phantom Forces, plus a deck box and matching card sleeves with 1 of 4 cool Mega Evolution designs. Each code also enters people into the MegaStop Sweepstakes, where they could win a limited edition Nintendo 3DS XL system with a special design. The official Pokémon website has announced that players of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y can receive a Shiny Gengar holding a Gengarite Mega Stone when they pick up a special code card from participating GameStop stores between October 13th, 2014 and October 26th, 2014. This Shiny Gengar can Mega Evolve into Shiny Mega Gengar during battles.
Also available at participating GameStop locations starting October 13th, 2014 is a Pokémon TCG: Gengar Spirit Link 2-pack. It includes two booster packs from the Pokémon TCG: XY Furious Fists expansion, as well as the Gengar Spirit Link Pokémon Trainer card that debuts in the next Pokémon TCG expansion, XY Phantom Forces.
Mythical Pokémon Diancie
Players of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y can then return to participating GameStop locations between October 27th, 2014 and November 16th, 2014 for a serial code card to receive the Mythical Pokémon Diancie. After receiving Diancie, it can be transferred into Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire when those games launch on November 21st, 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS. Once the Diancite Mega Stone has been obtained in the new games, players can Mega Evolve Diancie during battles!
The official Pokémon website has announced on August 26th, 2014 that German Pokémon X and Y players can get a unique serial code from participating GameStop locations for a Glurak holding a Mega Stone. The serial code distribution started on August 25th, 2014 and will be distributed while supplies last.
The Pokémon Global Link website though states the distribution starts on September 2nd, 2014 and ends on September 30th, 2014 but it links to the official Pokémon website with conflicting information.
